When and where is Five Elements – Elevation?

Five Elements – Elevation is on from Friday 21st April – Monday 24th April. 
Gates will open at 2pm on Friday with our first scheduled workshop or performance starting at 4pm.
Our schedule will finish at 11pm on Sunday evening.
All campers are asked to leave site by 11am Monday morning.
Five Elements – Elevation is being held in private woodlands on Gower, South Wales. The exact location will be emailed to ticket holders the week before.

What is included in the ticket price?

Entry to Five Elements – Elevation retreat, all workshops, lectures, ceremonies, dances & DJ sets. You can also camp in your own tent on site.

Do I have to pay for anything?

Healing therapies & use of Ty Sawna are extras. Please speak to individual therapists for their prices.
We also have a vegan pop-up cafe and stalls selling artwork and other wonders on site.
You will need to purchase a camper-van pass in advance if you wish to bring a live-in vehicle.

What should I bring?

Camping gear (Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping met, torch, water bottle, etc) Camping equipment is not provided.
Warm clothing – our workshops are held in a beautiful marquee but there is beaultiful woodlands to explore. Although we are honoring warm sunshine, this is Wales in April, so please be prepared for wet and cool weather.
A yoga mat, warm blanket & cushion for meditations & sitting or laying down workshops.

What should I not bring?

Firstly this is an alcohol free & vegan retreat, so please respect that.
In addition to that:
No dogs (except guide dogs)
No glass
No music speakers / amplifiers
No BAR B Qs
No fire pits or own fires (we will have attended communal fires)
No fireworks or Chinese lanterns

Can I go home and come back?

Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Our gates will be shut around 11pm at night and open at 8am in the morning.

Can I sleep in my car?

No, you cannot sleep in the carpark area. This is outside of the camping & retreat space. You can sleep in your vehicle if you purchase a Campervan pass through our website and park in the designated Campervan area.

Can I bring my children?

This retreat is aimed at over 18s. Many of the workshops are there to facilitate deep and profound spiritual & emotional self healing, and this can be very intense to be around for children. If you wish to attend with your children they will need their own ticket and we ask that you ensure they conduct themselves suitably within the workshop space and the retreat in general.
